Service refers to the task management application designed to enhance productivity through the integration of various functionalities, including the ability for users to upload, store, and manage Image Data as part of their task management processes. The Service encompasses all features, functionalities, and content offered by Salext through our Application, website, and related services that facilitate task description enhancement, evidence logging, and progress tracking through the use of Personal and Image Data.
  10. Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
  11. Usage Data constitutes data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, our Service pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data. With the inclusion of Image Data handling, Usage Data also extends to metadata related to the images uploaded by users, such as the time, date, and context of the upload, without disclosing the content of the images themselves.
